How do I register online so I can purchase from YMCA E-Store?

It's simple - just fill out the Customer Application which you will find on the left hand side of the home page. If you are a YMCA employee, and you have a "@ymca.org.au" email address, you will be registered as a wholesale customer and will be able to buy from the YMCA E-Store website.

 
What if I'm not a YMCA employee? How do I register and where can I buy?

Still fill out the Customer Application, with your own personal details. Once you've been approved, you will be directed to our retail website - www.ymcashopping.com.au.

 
I can't seem to find the size I need for a particular item, why not?

The way our website is set up at the moment, does not allow stock with a zero quantity to be viewed by customers. Therefore, if we are out of stock of a particular size, it will not be shown on the website. We are now upgrading our site so that all sizes will be available to order, whether they are in stock or not.

 
How long will it take to deliver my order?

Our standard delivery time is 3-7 working days within Victoria, and 3-10 working days interstate, depending on your location. We do aim to deliver well within these timeframes, but it's best to allow more time in case there are delays with the freight companies. Orders are despatched each day at 12 noon, so if you place your order in the morning, it will most likely be sent out the same day. If you are an international customer, please contact our office for an estimation on delivery of your order.
