Sales and Returns Policy
On behalf of the team at YMCA E-STORE®, we’d like to thank you for your interest in our products.
Our goal is to make your online shopping experience with us as easy, enjoyable and beneficial as possible. It is our priority to ensure this process is as simple and expedient for you as possible.

If you would like product and pricing information, or would like to check on order status or require any assistance with an order you have placed, our Customer Service staff are available to assist you 9.00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Australian public holidays) on (03) 98908863. Alternatively, you may email us at any time at estore@ymca.org.au, and a member of our Customer Service team will get back to you usually within 24 hours.
Prices
YMCA E-STORE® endeavours to offer you competitive prices on our products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable Goods & Service Tax (GST). Freight is fixed at $12.50 inc GST (for orders within Australia) if orders are less than $250.
YMCA E-STORE® reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the YMCA E-STORE® website at any time.
Purchases are billed in Australian Dollars. Estimates displayed in other currencies are based on current exchange rates and are subject to market fluctuations and bank variances. YMCA E-STORE® cannot guarantee foreign currency rates, and advises customers to speak to their bank for exact conversion rates.
Please note that as of 1st of July, 2009 we have introduced a 5% price increase on all YMCA E-Store products.
Payment Methods
Credit Card Only
You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet, mail, fax or phone). Please note that the preferred ordering method is over the Internet.
Credit card billing occurs when your order is shipped. YMCA E-STORE® accepts Visa and MasterCard. Overseas purchases are to be paid by Credit Card, and overseas customers must contact the YMCA E-STORE® office before payment is made, to receive instruction.
Please note: Some credit cards have daily spending limits that may delay the processing of your order. To enquire about your spending limit, please contact your credit provider or financial institution. YMCA E-STORE® cannot ship an order until payment has been approved by our bank.
YMCA E-STORE® must receive your payment within 10 calendar days or your order will be cancelled. Please allow 1 business day for order processing after YMCA E-STORE® receives your payment.
Due to the large number of orders YMCA E-STORE® receives, it is not practical for us to accept any other form of payment for individual orders.
NEW Centre Payment Conditions : All centres must have invoices paid within 14 days from the date of invoice. Statements are sent every month and can be used as a guide to determine which invoices must be paid fortnightly.
NOTE: YMCA E-STORE® will never ask for your credit card details by email. Please do not email us your credit card details under any circumstances.
Product Availability
Every effort is made to process and ship your order within 1 business day, however circumstances beyond our control may cause a delay.
Please allow 3-7 days for delivery within Australia.
You can track the status of your order at any time, by viewing your order history on the YMCA E-STORE® website. You will also receive automated email alerts notifying you of your order status. If for some reason you do not receive these, please contact the YMCA E-STORE® office for an update on your order.
Given the popularity of some products, YMCA E-STORE® may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. Any product limit restrictions will be posted on the YMCA E-STORE® website. This information is subject to change.
YMCA E-STORE® reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.
Product Warranty
All YMCA E-STORE® products sold on this website are brand new, and carry a 30 day Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. As a result of this limited warranty, please ensure you carefully inspect all products upon delivery.
Please Note: Normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect voids any warranties, expressed or implied.
Return and Refund Policy
If you receive a faulty YMCA E-STORE® product, please call (03) 9840 2060 to lodge a Refund or Return request within 30 days of the receipt of the product. Your request will be considered within 7 business days, and if successful, you will be issued with a Return Authorisation Notice and Number.
If the item is returned in the original box, we will exchange it for you for the same product. If this product is not available for some reason, we will send you the closest equivalent product.
The product must be returned according to YMCA E-STORE® instructions, with a copy of the Return Authorisation Notice and Number within 10 business days of the authorisation of the Refund or Return request. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, CDs, and registration that shipped with the product.
Please note no exchange or refund on any item that is reduced, on sale, or discountinued.
Please do not send us any items you wish to return without consulting us first. We will not refund or accept the return of any product that does not have an accompanying Return Authorisation Notice and Number.
PLEASE NOTE: YMCA E-STORE® recommends that you:
1. Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns
2. Either insure your package for safe return to YMCA E-STORE® or designated supplier, and declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
If you choose not to follow both these recommendations, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please enquire with your carrier about the waiting period for activating a tracking search for lost shipments to ensure that you do not invalidate the terms of refund or return.
Carrier charges for returning product are the responsibility of the purchaser.
YMCA E-STORE® reserves the right to test any returned product. If the customer misrepresents the condition of the product, YMCA E-STORE® may impose a handling fee of up to the costs incurred.
Manufacturing Defects
If you discover what you believe is a manufacturing defect with any YMCA E-STORE® branded product, please contact YMCA E-STORE® Customer Service staff at (03) 9890 8863, for a Return Authorisation Notice and Number. YMCA E-STORE® will endeavour to ship replacement items within 7 business days. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product’s standard warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.
Proof of Purchase
The YMCA E-STORE® website will automatically send you a confirmation of your order via email. You will also receive emails detailing the progress of your order from receipt, through to shipment.
Goods and Service Tax
Orders purchased and shipped within Australia will attract 10% GST.
International orders will not attract GST. The Proof of Purchase that YMCA E-STORE® mails to you will include any applicable Goods and Service tax.
Shipping Options
YMCA E-STORE® offers domestic and international shipping by Australia Post and other freight companies.
Shipping Details
The shipment date of your order is usually within 1 business day, and does not necessarily include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment (or a full authorisation, in the case of a credit card). All orders outside of Australia (or under $250) will attract freight costs.
Please allow 3-7 days for delivery within Australia.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
Please Note: Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you upon delivery.
Other Terms and Conditions
YMCA E-STORE® is not responsible for typographical errors and reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of Sale and Return at any time. YMCA E-STORE® will update this Sales and Returns Policy as its policy changes, so we advise you to keep checking back at this page for further updates. All sales from the YMCA E-STORE® website are governed by the laws of Victoria and Australia, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
No YMCA E-STORE® employee or agent has the authority to vary any of YMCA E-STORE®’s policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
